Choosing a lifelong companion shouldn’t feel rushed, transactional, or uncertain. At Pupp Atelier, we’ve designed a journey that reflects the significance of this decision — one rooted in transparency, trust, and thoughtful care. Our aim is to ensure you feel confident that the puppy joining your family is not only extraordinary, but also deeply worth the investment.

Step One: Schedule a Virtual Tour

Begin with clarity and trust.

Every journey begins with a private video consultation. We take a calm, personalized walk-through of our Studio and socialization process. You’ll see how the puppies are cared for, meet our team, and ask questions about our standards and practices.

But this conversation is a two-way street. We take time to learn more about you as well. Your lifestyle, home environment, and expectations, just to ensure one of our puppies would thrive in your care. This mutual trust is how we create lifelong matches.

Step Two: Reserve Your Place

A space held for the right families.

If the virtual tour feels like the beginning of something right, we invite you to reserve your place in line. A $1,000 deposit secures your position on our carefully managed waitlist.

This allows us to plan litters responsibly — not in excess, but in alignment with the real families we’re preparing these puppies for.

Step Three: Optional On-Site Visit

See us in person, thoughtfully.

Once you’ve joined the waiting list, you may request an in-person visit to our Studio. We’d be honored to host you. To protect the health of our puppies, we ask:

• No personal pets during your visit

• Freshly laundered clothing not worn around animals

• Understanding that interaction will be restricted with puppies under 5 days old

We do this not to distance you — but to safeguard the very lives you’re hoping to welcome.

Step Four: Thoughtful Puppy Selection

This isn’t impulse. It’s intentional.

As your turn approaches, we guide you through the available puppies — highlighting temperament, personality, and how each one may suit your family. We never rush this moment. In fact, we may care more than you do.

Your decision should feel calm, informed, and deeply personal.

Step Five: Final Payment & Pickup

Completing the journey, beginning the bond.

Once your puppy is chosen, the remaining balance is due. Puppy pricing ranges from $6,000 to $8,000, based on size, color, and disposition. We accept:

• Credit Card

• Certified Check

• Cash

From there, you have two options:

• Pick up your puppy in person at our Studio, or

• Choose a Nanny Flight, where your puppy travels in-cabin with a trusted escort who treats them like their own. You’ll meet at your chosen airport. Nanny Flights add approximately $1,200 to the final cost.

We do not use ground transport services. Too many puppies suffer from careless handling and trauma. We won’t risk that.

Your well-being matters just as much as your puppy’s. If questions arise, we’re a phone call away — ready to help you navigate the early days and beyond. We’re not a substitute for your vet, but we are committed to walking with you through this journey.
