What to Expect on the Call

During this video tour, we’ll walk you through our studio so you can see, firsthand, the environment your future puppy is being raised in. You’ll meet the caretakers, observe the intentionality in our daily routines, and see the socialization work that shapes every one of our companions.

But this isn’t just about you getting to know us. It’s also a chance for us to get to know you.

We ask that you be prepared to show us the space your puppy would call home. Is it a quiet retreat or an active household? Do you have other pets? A backyard? A nanny? We want to ensure our puppies are stepping into a life that will meet their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

This is not a sales call. There are no strings attached. It’s simply a conversation to ensure that both sides are aligned — that we’re the right match, at the right time.
